 The Journal is a triptych made of selected articles from the Wall Street Journal collected every day between December 20, 2018, to January 30, 2019.  Using both ink and collage, each column and headline follows relations between the US and China. The forced perspective of the columns resembles a traditional American highway cutting through the surrounding natural world, as painted with the hand-made inks.  Playing with the ideals of perspective and information, the pavement is made up of headlines on the trade war, with the text shrinking into the horizon line.
